Our 3 TIER Service includes:

• Unlimited toll free helpdesk calls to Com Express support center by hotel staff or guests.

• Level 1 support is 24/7/365 live support and is answered by a Com Express/Arilion Internet Services support agent trained to assist hotel guests to use HSIA service.

• Level 1 support includes how to connect, confirming the guest’s laptop is capable to use HSIA service, confirming the service is available in the room, questions about email, basic VPN questions, firewalls, basic configuration conflicts, etc.

• If Level 1 tech cannot get the guest online the call is referred to a Level 2 tech.

• If there is still difficulty in getting the guest online the call is escalated to a Level 3 tech to determine if a truck roll is necessary. Truck rolls will be billed at the current hourly billing rate for the company supplying onsite support.
